Acupuncture: Not Convinced

I just paid $150 to have someone stick needles in my back.  I think I could have done the same thing with some of my sewing pins and yielded the same results.  

I really wanted it to help, and it felt like it did, but everything got tight again after about 15 minutes.  Maybe it will take a day or so, but I don't think sitting on an airplane all day tomorrow will help.

Wah just make it stop hurting! :(
