I actually ended up picking Erin up at Midway in Chicago so that he didn't have to fly all the way to Ann Arbor. This saved a lot of time. We made it to Minneapolis on Friday, and the drive through Wisconsin was beautiful. On Saturday, we drove to Billings, Montana. It was really windy outside so it was hard driving. North Dakota is a terrible state. Not one thing about it is appealing. Fargo is worse than suburbia hell.
On Sunday, we drove all the way to Seattle. This drive was much nicer. Montana is really pretty, and we drove through the mountains. We stopped in Coeur d'Alene for lunch and we walked around the town a little bit. We finally arrived in Seattle around 9 last night. The drive through Western Washington was beautiful and very exciting because we decided that we want to buy windmills.
Now I really have to find a job...
